As the office manager, you are a key member of the team and ensure that all aspects of the office run smoothly. You and your team will be the first point of contact for our customers, will stay in close contact with the Field Technicians, ensure the smooth operation of parts and supplies all the while exemplifying our code of values.  
 
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of internal and external customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operations of Mr Appliance front office - you will be performing the tasks while managing 1 to 2 others
  • Ensure that all incoming calls are answered in professional and courteous manner
  • Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
  • Run the route and manage the workload of the field technicians
  • Manage all incoming parts and ensure the field technicians have the required parts for the day
  • Other duties as needed 

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum two years admin experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Highly organized - natural affinity to keep surroundings neat and clean
  • Team player who can work independently

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
